Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, which specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Other roles include work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educationally, Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
