William Liggan

William Liggan serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Spirit Pharmaceuticals LLC., leading the HR division for a company specializing in generic and branded pharmaceuticals since December 2021. Liggan also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Human Resources Program at Stony Brook University from January 2022 to August 2023, teaching courses on various HR topics. Prior HR leadership roles include Director of Human Resources at The BLS Company, Vice President of Human Resources at Stark Carpet, and Senior Director of Human Resources at ICON Central Laboratories. Liggan holds a Master's degree in Labor Management/HRM and advanced certification in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University and Suffolk County Community College, respectively.
