Holly Brooks is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager for Pub Carveries at Greene King since October 2019, Holly previously held positions including Senior Brand Manager at Hawthorn Leisure and Concept Development Manager at Punch Taverns. With a strong foundation in brand management acquired during their tenure at Spirit Pub Company, Holly has a proven track record in integrated campaign management, annual brand planning, and building key supplier relationships. Holly began their career in marketing communications at Thorntons and holds a BA Hons in Retail Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University.
