Shane McNulty

Shane McNulty is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing new build and acquisition developments within the construction and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Greene King since May 2013, Shane oversees a program of new build leasehold developments and has held various pivotal roles including National Project Manager for Asset Optimisation & Acquisitions and National Acquisitions Project Manager, focusing on project planning, contract management, and feasibility work. Prior to Greene King, Shane spent nearly a decade at Lidl GB as Senior Construction Manager, responsible for mixed-use developments in Greater London, and as Construction Manager overseeing new builds across southern England. Shane holds a BA Honours degree from the University of Surrey, completed in 2004.
