Beth Hamlet

Beth Hamlet boasts extensive experience in operations and event management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director Of Operations at Spirit Rock Meditation Center since October 2013, Beth oversees program execution, facility management, and personnel for numerous retreats and programs, while contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership team. Previously, Beth held multiple leadership roles at KPMG LLP, including Director of Events & Meetings, where a national team was directed to implement over 1500 programs annually. Earlier career positions include Event Manager at Lucent Technologies/Ascend Communications and Department Coordinator at Berlex Biosciences, showcasing a strong background in project management, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance. Beth holds a BA in English from the University of California, Davis, and an MA in English from California State University - East Bay.
