Brian O'Connor has extensive experience in the culinary field, with a focus on vegetarian meals for retreats and special events. Brian has worked as a Retreat Center Cook at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and as a Salad Cook, Prep Cook, Garde Manger, and Culinary Intern at Chez Panisse. With a degree in Natural Chef from Bauman College, Brian also has experience as a Culinary Intern and Substitute Chef at BandPage, a Cook at Radiance Cuisine, and a Culinary Extern at Spirit Rock - An Insight Meditation Center.
