Cheryl Irwin-Bass

Cheryl Irwin-Bass is an experienced professional in communications and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Chief Mission & Culture Officer at SpiriTrust Lutheran® since May 2023. With a strong academic background, including a BS in Communications, Public Relations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Communication Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Cheryl has also been an Adjunct Professor at Millersville University since January 2019 and previously at Elizabethtown College. Cheryl's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Communications for Hempfield School District, Strategic Marketing Director at Scheffey, and Vice President & COO at The Lancaster Chamber, where responsibilities encompassed operations management across multiple departments to drive organizational goals. Furthermore, Cheryl held positions such as Vice President of Communications at Berks County Chamber of Commerce and Community Relations Director at Solanco School District.
