Aarthi Raj is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and team leadership, currently serving as the HR Team Lead at Spiro since April 2012. Previous roles include Senior IT Recruiter at Valuewing Consultancy Services (P) Ltd, where Aarthi developed recruitment processes and implemented effective strategies for various IT clients, and positions as a Programmer and Software Engineer at Vinsible Experts Systems and Aricent Group, respectively.
