Timo Merten

Timo Merten is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Transformation at Spital Thurgau AG since September 2022. In this role, Timo is responsible for promoting digitalization within Spital Thurgau and the thurmed Group, developing and implementing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, and advising management on digitalization matters. Prior to this, Timo held various positions within the AMEOS Group from March 2016 to August 2022, including leading digitalization projects and managing organizational development, with a focus on change management and digital transformation. Additionally, Timo has experience in quality and risk management as the Head of Quality and Risk Management at AMEOS Seeklinikum Brunnen AG. Timo holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Hamburg.
