Laila Mounayer possesses extensive experience in customer service and relation roles, currently working as a Mitarbeiterin Empfang & Guest Relation at Spital Uster since September 2021. Additionally, Laila has been serving as a Life Coach and ThetaHealing® Practitioner with mind adventure since March 2016, and has a longstanding role as a Reisebegleiter with Atlas Reisen since March 2006. Previous professional experience includes positions as Sachbearbeiter / Empfang at Hogg Robinson Group Ltd. from January 2013 to March 2019, Product Manager and Reisebegleiter at Touriqum Spezialreisen AG from September 2006 to March 2008, and various roles at Swissair from 1990 to 2001, including Product Manager and Commercial Agent.
