Patricia Catanzaro

Patricia Catanzaro holds extensive experience in human resources leadership across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a board member at Spitex Glarus Nord since May 2025, Patricia previously held the role of Head of Human Resources and management team member at Kantonsspital Glarus from December 2021 to September 2025. Other notable positions include membership in the Education Specialist Commission at H+ Die Spitäler der Schweiz and leading HR departments at AOZ, Spital Uster, Schweizerische Epilepsie-Stiftung, and Vista Gruppe. Patricia's educational background includes an Executive MBA with a focus in Business Psychology and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, alongside certifications in coaching and various HR qualifications from AKAD.
