Rajiv Palaniappan is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and academia with extensive experience in both managerial and educational roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Civil Planning and Monitoring at VGN Homes Pvt. Ltd since November 2023, Rajiv has concurrently been the Engineering Manager at SPL INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LIMITED since October 2020, focusing on content development and recruitment processes. Prior to these roles, Rajiv was an Assistant Professor at SRM University for nearly a decade, contributing to curriculum development and innovative teaching methods. Additional positions include Lecturer at Veltech Dr. RR Dr. SR University and various engineering roles in construction projects, beginning as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at AFCONS Infrastructure Limited. Rajiv holds a Master of Technology in Remote Sensing and GIS and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, complemented by educational foundations from A.V. Meiyappan Higher Secondary School.
