Dante Pantalone

Dante Pantalone is an experienced Associate Product Manager at Splash Financial since November 2019, where significant achievements include leading the integration of an AutoPay option and increasing adoption rates from mid 40% to over 80% through technical and UI/UX improvements. In a prior role as Operations Manager at Splash Financial, Dante managed the Loan Consultant team to enhance borrower conversion rates by implementing effective communication strategies and a texting platform. Before joining Splash Financial, Dante worked as a Financial Representative for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and served as a Teaching Assistant for Business Statistics at Kent State University. Dante holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Finance and Economics from Kent State University.
