Stephen Fischer

Stephen Fischer is an experienced software developer with a strong background in technology, having worked at Splash Financial since November 2021. Prior to this, Stephen held positions as Technical Lead and Software Engineer at Kroger from 2019 to November 2021, and as Senior Software Developer at ConstructConnect™ from 2011 to 2019. Stephen began their career with roles at the Illinois Department of Transportation as a Graduate Public Service Intern, ADM as a Network Administrator, and the Illinois Emergency Management Agency in End User Support. Early experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at springnet. Stephen holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield.
