As the Founder of Workie since May 2017, Sawan S Laddha has established India's largest Tier II co-working space provider, offering over 20,000 seats across 23 cities. Sawan S Laddha also serves as an investor at SpeEdLabs and STAGE - OTT for Bharat, and holds the position of Secretary at Invest Indore. As Managing Director of Splash India Private Limited, initiated in 2006, Sawan S Laddha has led the company in customizing human resource solutions for diverse industries and expanding its services to include call center operations. Previously, Sawan S Laddha was the President of Young Entrepreneurs and the Director of Nexus Marketing, which was a significant channel partner for Airtel Mobile Services in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Educational qualifications include an MMS in Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Diploma in Java and Internet Technologies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
