Tyra Hodge

Tyra Hodge Ph.D. serves as the SEL Director for Cleveland ISD since September 2020, focusing on the district's social and emotional learning initiatives to enhance the emotional and social competencies of students and staff. Additionally, Tyra holds leadership positions as the President of Parenting Connections and as a District Behavior Specialist for Splendora ISD. Previous roles include Assistant Principal at a high school, various behavior specialist positions across several districts, and teaching in elementary and middle school. Tyra also operates Hodge Publishing as an author and motivational speaker, with an upcoming book titled *Out of the Ashes.* Tyra's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Teacher Leadership and multiple master's degrees in education and administration.
