Austin Seabert

Austin Seabert is a Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Splice since March 2022, previously serving as a Consultant with The Performance Thinking Network, LLC, where instructional design expertise was provided to enhance learning and reduce errors. With a background in education and performance improvement, Austin has held roles such as Instruction and Assessment Specialist at Morningside Academy, where a performance monitoring system was developed, and Vice President of Operations at Standard Celeration Society. Experiences also include program management at Western Michigan University’s Student Success Services and various consulting roles across multiple industries. Austin holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
