Josely Garcia

Josely Garcia is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in interior design and cross-functional team leadership. Currently serving as a Program Manager and previously as a Senior Project Manager at Splice since September 2019, Josely has successfully led diverse teams to meet project objectives while maintaining budget constraints. Prior experience at Ashley Furniture Global Retail, LLC involved managing complex international store design projects and developing curriculum for design standards. In addition, Josely worked at MediaLab 3D Solutions as an Interior Design/Occupancy Planner, providing strategic planning for clients' real estate portfolios. Josely holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from The Art Institutes.
