Courtney Rubenstein

Courtney Rubenstein is the current Chief of Staff at Splice. Prior to their current role, Courtney served as a Senior Executive Assistant at WeWork from April 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they provided executive support to the VP of Corporate Strategy and Head of Operations for WeLive. Courtney was also the Senior Lead for the WeLive Business vertical and attended weekly Team Leadership meetings, prepared agendas, took minutes, and followed up on action items. In addition, they managed multiple complex calendars, liaised globally on behalf of executives, and planned and coordinated frequent international and domestic travel. Prior to their role at WeWork, Courtney served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Plated from July 2018 to April 2019. In this role, they managed multiple complex schedules, acted as a liaison on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team, ensured executives were prepared for all meetings and obligations, booked travel and coordinated logistics, tracked the progress of key initiatives, and attended weekly Culinary Team meetings on behalf of the Chief Culinary Officer. Courtney was also selected as a member of the Culture Team – a group of chosen individuals who worked to enhance Plated’s culture through a variety of initiatives. Courtney was also a member/creator of Voice of Plated, Plated’s internal communication team, and a member of BAWS (Bad Ass Women’s Society), Plated’s Female Empowerment group.

Courtney Rubenstein graduated from G.W. Hewlett High School and then went on to earn their B.A. in Sociology from The George Washington University. Courtney has also received certification from LifeLabs Learning in Delivery Skills, Influential Communication, and Manager Bootcamp. Additionally, they have received certification from LinkedIn in Speaking Confidently and Effectively.

They are on a team with Linnea Sundberg - VP, Corporate Development, Steve Martocci - Co-Founder, Executive Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer, and Heidi Nicoll - VP, People & Culture. Their manager is Kakul Srivastava, CEO.
