Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Split Rail Fence Company since May 2024, Carlos oversees operational efficiency and supports strategic initiatives. Previously, Carlos held various roles at Binford Supply Co from July 2014 to February 2023, including Purchasing Manager, where responsibilities included executing sales initiatives and improving departmental effectiveness, as well as Branch Manager, managing operations for new location launches.
