Olga Prokhodskaya

Olga Prokhodskaya has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. Olga began their career in 2007 as a PR Manager for Zdyes i Seychas (Here and Now Company). In 2012, they moved to Sberbank-Technology as a Senior HR Manager, where they managed the recruitment process and implemented educational partnership programs with universities. In 2015, they took on the role of HR Director at Vizor Interactive and HR Business Partner at Wargaming.net. In 2021, they became the HR Business Partner Lead at Exness, where they are responsible for implementing HR practices and HR support for 350 multinational employees. Currently, they are an HR Business Partner at SplitMetrics.

Olga Prokhodskaya studied at Belarusian State University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a specialist degree in Polish and German language. Olga also attended Moscow Business School and Institute of Business Technology Atlant-M, authors workshops.
