Jennifer Scott

Jennifer Scott has over 15 years of experience in the property management industry. Jennifer started their career as a Community Manager at EYC Companies from 2005 to 2007. Jennifer then worked as a Community Manager at Summit Housing Partners from 2008 to 2012. Jennifer then became a Compliance Officer at BSR Trust, LLC from 2012 to 2015. Jennifer later served as a Portfolio Manager at Triumph Housing Management from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Jennifer is the Director of Compliance at SPM, LLC, a position they have held since 2018.

Jennifer Scott attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Before attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Jennifer briefly attended Johnson & Wales University in 2003-2004, focusing on Finance and Financial Management Services. In addition to their education, Jennifer has obtained various certifications over the years, including the Blended Compliance Specialist certification from NAHMA - The National Affordable Housing Management Association in January 2017, the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification from the National Association of Home Builders in January 2016, the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) certification from NAHMA in January 2016, the NPCC certification from Novogradac & Company LLP in January 2015, the Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) certification from NAHMA in January 2012, and an Alabama Real Estate License from the Alabama Real Estate Commission in January 2008.
