Theresa Merryman

Theresa Merryman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and compliance. Currently serving as a Compliance Coordinator at SPM, LLC since July 2022, Theresa previously worked as an Operations Specialist at Millennia Housing Management, LTD. L.L.C. from July 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that role, Theresa held several positions at AHEPA Management Company from April 2011 to June 2021, including Area Operations Manager and Regional Manager, overseeing multiple properties. Theresa's career began at Summit Asset Management, where from 2000 to 2011, roles included PM, Compliance Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Property Accountant. Theresa earned a degree in Accounting from 20th Century College between 1986 and 1987.
