Natalie Ryan

As a Client Partner at SPMB, Natalie places key executive leaders across the nation with some of the most innovative growth companies in technology as well as top Fortune 500 companies undergoing complete digital transformations. She is passionate about solving challenging business problems through talent acquisition and building long-term trusted relationships with her clients and candidates.

Before joining SPMB, Natalie was a Principal at Betts Recruiting leading Director to C-level searches for Venture and PE-backed technology organizations across the country. She started her career as a recruiting consultant at SThree, an international recruiting firm listed on the London Stock Exchange. Natalie holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated Cum Laude in just three years. When she’s not closing searches, you’ll find her battling it out on a tennis court, hiking in Griffith Park, or hosting a game night with her husband.
