The SPMS- Shared Services of the Ministry of Health, EPE has the legal person of public law nature of business nature, with legal personality, administrative and financial autonomy and its own assets, in accordance with the legal regime of the state of the business sector approved by Decree-Law No. 133/2013, of 03 October, subject to the protection of members of the Government responsible for finance and health.
