Ricardo Torres

Ricardo Torres is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership, currently serving as a Senior Technical Leader at Veeam Software since October 2025. Previously, as Director of Engineering at Prove, Ricardo led the Interfaces group, focusing on developer portal development and API orchestration. Experience at Boeing included roles as an Associate Technical Fellow, where significant contributions to cloud-based solutions and the establishment of the Open Source Program Office were made. Additionally, Ricardo has served on the Governing Board of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation and held senior software engineering positions at Secureworks and VMware. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
