Irshad Ahmed is an experienced project manager with a strong background in capacity building, policy advocacy, and program management within civil society and community development. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO), Irshad oversees initiatives focused on enhancing the capabilities of civil society organizations in the nutrition sector in Sindh. Previous roles include Program Manager positions at the Foundation for Rural Development, where Irshad led various initiatives promoting electoral quality, democratic responses to COVID-19, interfaith harmony, and legal aid for prisoners. Irshad has consistently demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, capacity training, and strategic planning, having been instrumental in establishing networks for advocacy and development across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Rights and Democratization from Mahidol University and a Master's in Criminology from the University of Sindh.
