Enrico Davini Neto has had diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they started their career as an intern in the Supply Chain department at Embratel. In 2011, they worked as an intern in Advanced Purchase at Continental, collaborating with the Engineering team and handling international supplier communication.

From 2011 to 2015, Enrico worked as a researcher at FEI University Center, focusing on the scientific initiation program and their master's degree. Enrico contributed to research projects involving MOSFET transistor gate shape change and published papers in conference proceedings and prestigious journals.

In 2015, Enrico joined Anhanguera Educacional as a Professor. Enrico taught courses until 2019, gaining experience in academic instruction.

Enrico then transitioned to the tech industry, joining #pegueFretado in 2016 as a Fullstack Software Developer. Enrico worked on the development of back-end services, mobile applications, management systems, and website projects.

In 2019, Enrico moved to Letz, where they served as a Tech Lead for back-end development. Enrico also took on the role of Head of Engineering, leading the technology team in developing and maintaining the native cloud microservices platform. Enrico implemented development routines and processes, migrated the DevOps platform, and utilized agile tools for project management.

Currently, Enrico is employed at Spocket as a Senior Backend Engineer, a role they started in 2023.

Enrico Davini Neto pursued their education in the field of electrical and electronic engineering. Enrico completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from FEI between 2007 and 2012. Later, they enrolled in FEI again and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from 2012 to 2015.
