Vikas Thapar

Vikas Thapar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business banking and financial services. Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer for MENA at Spocto, a Yubi Company, since July 2022, Vikas has held several significant roles in the industry. Prior to Spocto, Vikas was the EVP and Head of Business Banking and Neo Biz at Mashreq Bank. Vikas also served as Senior Client Partner at Publicis Sapient and held executive positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank and Emirates NBD, where responsibilities included leading business banking initiatives. Vikas's career began at Citibank, where Vikas worked as Vice President in consumer finance. Vikas holds an MBA from Mohanlal Sukhadia University and a BSc in Physics Honours from Delhi University, complemented by a strong foundational education at St. Xavier School in Delhi.
