Zach Lippe

Zach Lippe is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience transforming HR functions into strategic partners for organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Spoerl Trucking, Inc., Zach is modernizing HR disciplines in preparation for company growth. As a freelance HR consultant, Zach focuses on executive coaching and organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Wiley, where Zach led global HR strategy for a $1B company, and HR Business Partner positions at Benefitfocus and Waste Management. Additional experience includes leading HR initiatives at Columbus McKinnon, inclineHR LLC, Fiserv, GE Healthcare, and GE Capital. Zach holds an MA in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
