Victoria Rehkugler has held a variety of roles in their professional career. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Store Operations: Communications Specialist at Steve & Barry's. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Campaign Coordinator at Marymount Manhattan College. From 2010 to 2012, they held multiple roles at Island Photography, including Business Development, Event Photographer, and Event Coordinator. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Coordinator, Communication and Administration at New York Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Educational Consortium (NYCOMEC). From 2014 to 2015, they were a Project Manager Pop-Up Markets, Office Manager and Office Manager, Assistant at UrbanSpace New York. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Program Manager - Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, and Coach and Trainer at Leanpath. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Video Specialist at OpenExchange, Inc. Finally, from 2021 to 2022, they were a Product Manager and Customer Success Manager at Safehub.

Victoria Rehkugler obtained their Bachelor of Science in Communication from Cornell University between 2003 and 2007. In 2014 and 2015, they attended the Institute of Culinary Education and earned a Certificate in Culinary Management. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in August 2020, and a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the American National Standards Institute in March 2015.
