Vincent D. Kelly

Vince Kelly has been a leader in the communications industry for more than 25 years with extensive experience in strategic planning, M&A, and regulatory and financial matters. He became a director, President and CEO of USA Mobility, Inc. (now Spok) in November 2004 when the company was formed through the merger of Metrocall, Inc. and Arch Wireless, Inc. Kelly was previously President and CEO of Metrocall beginning in February 2003. Prior to this appointment, he had also served at various times as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President of Metrocall since joining the company in 1987. He served as the Treasurer of Metrocall from August 1995 to February 2003, and served as a Director of Metrocall from 1990 to 1996 and from May 2003 to November 2004. Kelly also serves as the President, CEO, and Director for all of the company’s subsidiaries, except for GTES, LLC, an indirect wholly owned Canadian subsidiary, for which Kelly is a director. Prior to joining Metrocall in 1987, Kelly worked as a certified public accountant. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.
