Neil Hart

Neil Hart is an experienced transportation and customer service professional, currently serving as a Coach Operator at Spokane Transit Authority since July 2020, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and policies to enhance customer experience during the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously, Neil held roles such as Energy Specialist at Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners, where emergency energy grants were processed for low-income clients, and Customer Service Representative I at Puget Sound Energy, managing high-volume consumer inquiries.
