Transportation Operations Team

The Transportation Operations Team at Spokane Transit Authority is responsible for the daily execution and coordination of all transit services. This includes managing and driving fixed-route buses, Paratransit vehicles, and Vanpool vans. Team members, such as motor coach operators and dispatchers, ensure timely and efficient transportation across service areas. The team also handles route adjustments and responds to customer service needs to optimize rider experience and maintain operational excellence.
