Carla Voss

Carla Voss is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and workforce solutions industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at MultiCare Health System since November 2019, Carla specializes in recruiting for physician and APP positions in cardiovascular specialties, pediatrics outpatient, and pediatrics emergency medicine. Prior to this role, Carla worked at Volt Workforce Solutions from April 1996 to June 2019, where as Market Director for the Pacific Northwest, strategic recruiting priorities and sales directions were established.
