Cherbon Vanetten

Cherbon VanEtten currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at MultiCare Health System, a position held since January 2022, following a tenure as AVP of Business Development since February 2018. In these roles, Cherbon has successfully led strategic planning initiatives, change management strategies for governance simplification, and service line growth in orthopedics, urology, and neonatology. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Professional Services at Health Catalyst, where Cherbon consulted with healthcare leadership on process improvements and launched programs that significantly improved client outcomes. Earlier roles at MultiCare Health System encompassed project management and organizational learning, facilitating multi-million dollar financial recovery initiatives and the implementation of data analytics platforms. Cherbon holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Informatics from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
