Gretchen Hind

Gretchen Hind, CCP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards at MultiCare Health System since March 2022. Previously, Gretchen held positions including System Director of Compensation at PeaceHealth and various roles at HCA Healthcare, culminating in Director of Compensation Consulting. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Northwestern University and owning and designing for Gretchen Hind Designs, a jewelry collection focused on vintage-modern handcrafted pieces. Additional experience includes managing compensation at Rush North Shore Medical Center and consulting at Buck Consultants. Gretchen Hind holds a Bachelor of General Studies with an emphasis in Social Sciences, Mathematics, and Fine Arts from the University of South Dakota.
