Julie Cox

Julie Cox has extensive experience in human resources and support services, currently serving as a Grief Facilitator Volunteer at MultiCare Health System since June 2015, where responsibilities include providing grief support to families with children aged 4 to 18. Previous roles include Human Resources Associate at MultiCare Health System, managing onboarding and compliance for over 10,000 non-employed staff, and overseeing bi-weekly orientations. Julie is a retired Technical Sergeant from the Portland Air National Guard, with a background in logistics and personnel management. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Technician for Army ROTC, responsible for payroll and benefits administration. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and an HR Professional Certificate from Portland State University.
