Steve Schramm

Steve Schramm is an experienced executive in the healthcare finance sector, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for both MultiCare Health System and Physicians of Southwest Washington since April 2019. Previously, Schramm held key leadership roles, including CEO and CFO for QualChoice Health and President and CEO at Soundpath Health. With a strong background in managed care contracting and reimbursement strategy, Schramm has also contributed to Catholic Health Initiatives and Franciscan Health System, focusing on developing value-based payment arrangements and overseeing significant financial operations. Schramm's experience is further complemented by roles in internal audit and business performance improvement, beginning with Arthur Andersen. Schramm holds a degree from the University of Washington.
