William Mueller

William Mueller is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef of Production at MultiCare Health System since June 2022, overseeing food operations at Tacoma General and Mary Bridge hospitals. Previously, William held the position of General Manager at Jet City Pizza Co from September 2020 to August 2022, managing a gourmet pizza establishment known for its unique offerings. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Trainer and Human Resource Director for Kikka Sushi, Food and Beverage Operations Manager at HMSHost International, and Executive Chef at ARAMARK Higher Education. William also was Chef/Owner of Babblin' Babs Bistro, a family-owned urban eatery, and began a culinary career serving as an International Chef under Michael Foley in the 1980s. William completed a degree in the fine art of French Cuisine at Dumas Pere L'Ecole de la Cuisine Francaise.
