Michelle Vincent has worked at multiple companies in customer service roles. Michelle started their career at graze.com in 2013, where they served as a Customer Service Team Leader for six years. In 2019, they joined SPOKE as a Customer Service Manager. Later, they were promoted to Head of Customer Service in December 2021, continuing their tenure at SPOKE.

Michelle Vincent attended Hillcrest High School in New Zealand from 2005 to 2008. Michelle then went on to study at Massey University from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ecology, Zoology, and Environmental Management.
