Ben Pearce

Ben Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the financial technology industry. Ben started their career as an Intern at Capco in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Computer Science Intern at University College London. In the same year, they joined Motive Create as a Product Analyst, where they contributed to the development of a SaaS platform. In 2019, Ben Pearce transitioned to the role of Delivery Lead at Spoke Marketplace, contributing to the development of a marketplace infrastructure for financial institutions. In early 2022, they returned to Spoke Marketplace as a Product Lead, working towards the future of marketplaces in the finance industry. Additionally, Ben Pearce is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Motive Create, focusing on technology-driven value creation for portfolio companies.

Ben Pearce attended Ampleforth College from 2005 to 2012. Ben then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biomedical Sciences (Physiology) from The University of Edinburgh, graduating in 2017.
