Luke Yoell

Luke Yoell is an experienced HR leader and consultant with a focus on sustainability and organizational development. As Co-Founder and Director of Blue Futures Studio since January 2014, Luke has played a key role in promoting a culture of sustainability through education and community engagement. Luke's extensive HR background includes serving as Head of Organisational Development for Arval BNP Paribas Group, managing various aspects such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. Previous roles encompass Senior HR Business Partner positions at Good Energy and Arval, as well as HR leadership at MAPFRE ASISTENCIA and Simplyhealth. Luke also contributed as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Avon Riding Centre for the Disabled, emphasizing a commitment to social responsibility. Educational qualifications include an MA in Strategic HR Management and a background in cognitive psychology and behavioral studies.
