David Carty

David Carty has a diverse range of work experience. David currently works as a Custom Research Analyst at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services since December 2021. In 2020, they worked at SponsorUnited in roles such as Business Solutions and Sponsorship Scout. From 2014 onwards, they were involved with the Leaders Institute Maryland as an Educational Consultant / Mentor, conducting interviews and evaluating applicants for internships while researching long-term strategies for the organization. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Digital Production Assistant at NBC Sports. Previously, they worked at C2 Education as a Tutor, assisting students with various subjects and the college application process. David also worked as a Web and Marketing Assistant at American Health Lawyers Association, where they maintained a calendar and researched operational streamlining methods. Additionally, they held positions as a Program Assistant at The Center for Leadership Innovation, assisting with grants, and as a Statistics Intern at Elias Sports Bureau, where they helped compile sports statistics. During their time as a Political Science Intern at the Office of Rep. Christopher Van Hollen, they provided administrative support and addressed constituents' concerns. Lastly, they worked as a Program Assistant at the National Institutes of Health, updating websites and analyzing training seminar participation patterns.
