Nicole Imhof

Nicole Imhof has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nicole began their career at Turning Point USA as a Campus Coordinator from August 2019 to May 2020. Following this, they worked as a Must Love Sports intern from June 2020 to August 2020, where they gained valuable experience and networking opportunities in the sports industry.

Nicole then held multiple positions at SponsorUnited, starting as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from May 2019 to June 2020, followed by a promotion to Manager, People Operations from June 2020 onwards. During this time, they played a pivotal role in managing the company's talent acquisition and people operations.

In 2021, Nicole worked as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness from June 2021 to July 2022, where they demonstrated their customer service and sales skills. Nicole also gained legal experience as a Legal Assistant at Roach & Lin, P.C. from November 2021 to June 2022.

Further expanding their legal expertise, Nicole served as a Legal Intern at the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation from January 2021 to April 2021. Nicole then interned as a Development Intern at ReflectUS from October 2020 to January 2021, where they contributed to the organization's development efforts.

Nicole had the opportunity to work with Major League Baseball as a VIP Guest Services employee from July 2017 to July 2022. In this role, they worked in various capacities, including managing schedules, facilitating prize redemption booths, escorting and maintaining schedules for important personnel, and contributing to the overall success of major baseball events.

In the future, Nicole will be joining Baker Donelson as a Summer Associate in 2023, where they will continue to develop their legal skills and contribute to the firm's success.

Nicole Imhof's education history begins with their high school education at Sanford H. Calhoun High School from 2012 to 2016. After completing high school, they attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2016 to 2020. During their time there, Nicole pursued a double major in Finance and Sport Management, achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.82 and graduating with honors (cum laude).

In 2018-2019, Nicole took part in a semester abroad program at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici, where they studied subjects such as Management, International Politics, Italian, and War and Media. Upon their return, they completed their undergraduate degree in Finance and Sport Management in May 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Nicole pursued further education and enrolled in the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2022. Nicole is currently pursuing their Doctor of Law (JD) degree, expected to be completed by 2025.

In terms of additional certifications, Nicole obtained a LexisNexis Certification Part 2: Practice-Ready Certification from LexisNexis in March 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in May 2020 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
