Lucia Mansilla

Lucia Mansilla has a diverse work experience in project management and operations. Lucia'smost recent role is as Head of Operations at Spoon Guru, where they are responsible for delivering a personalized and accurate product discovery experience for shoppers. Prior to this, Lucia worked at bp as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master, leading multiple large-scale projects with budgets over $1,000,000 and managing the migration to new email security solutions. Lucia also introduced Agile methodologies and facilitated Scrum ceremonies, while coaching other teams in their Agile journey. Lucia also has experience as a project lead and project manager at bp, where they successfully completed projects such as the Global Email Protection project and the Global Cloud Storage Solution project. At Oliver Valves, they interned in supply chain management, gaining experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning systems and developing business improvement reports. Lucia started their career as a Project Management Consultant at FDM Group.

Lucia Mansilla obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in International Business from the University of Science and Technology of Shanghai from 2013 to 2015. In 2012-2013, Lucia studied Management and Public Relations at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Additionally, Lucia has acquired various certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in January 2021, Certified Lean Kanban Foundation from Kanban University in April 2019, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2017, and PADI open water certification from PADI in December 2016.
