Iliana Rivera has experience in various roles within the organizations they have worked for. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Production Operations at Spoonful of Comfort, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, Iliana worked at Alpha Guardian for almost two decades, starting in September 2004. During their time at Alpha Guardian, they held the role of University of Alpha Guardian Manager, which they held from September 2004 until May 2023.
Iliana Rivera obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Washington Instituto de Negocios. This education took place from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana between 1993 and 1998.
Additionally, Iliana Rivera has acquired several certifications. In June 2019, they became a Shingo Alumni through the Shingo Institute. Iliana also obtained a Crucial Conversations certification from Vital Smarts México in June 2017. Furthermore, they achieved an ECO 0217 certification from SIMAl BSI in June 2017.

Her personal experience caring for her mom from afar was the inspiration for the company. Marti works hand-in-hand with longtime friend Anne Cummins. Director of Business Development, Anne supports the corporate side of the company with a background in health and wellness.
