Yves Defloor

Yves Defloor has extensive work experience in finance and control roles. Yves served as the VP of Finance at SpoonfulONE, where they were responsible for key finance and control activities and was a key influencer to the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Nestlé as the Finance Director for the Strategy and Business Planning department, where they led the strategic planning process and managed a $500 million exposure. Yves also held positions as the Controller of the Baking Division, Director of Finance for Innovation, and Finance Manager for Lean Cuisine. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nestlé Prepared Foods Company Inc. as the Plant Controller for Hot Pockets, implementing control procedures and driving transformation. Yves began their career at Avery Dennison, where they served as a Senior Financial Analyst and Finance Supervisor.

Yves Defloor has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp - Faculty of Business and Economics. Yves also holds a Master's Degree in Finance from VLEKHO Business School Brussel. In addition, they have completed an M.B.A. from the University of Antwerp - Faculty of Business and Economics.
