Corona Pritchard, MSW, PCC, is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, organizational development, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Partner and Managing Director & Principal Consultant of HR Advisory Practice at HAVEN | human asset ventures since April 2022, and as Head of Human Resources (Consulting) at Lovin'​ Spoonfuls since August 2022, Corona has also held significant leadership roles, including CEO & Founder of Resourced HR and Senior Director of Organization Development at Suffolk Construction. With prior experience at Mass General Brigham as Director of Strategic Organization Development and Program Manager at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Corona has demonstrated expertise in talent management, change management, and supporting teams in well-being and burnout prevention initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bowdoin College.
