Phil Hutchinson is a Principal Associate at Mills & Reeve since September 2013, where roles have included Senior Associate and Commercial Litigation Solicitor, beginning as a Trainee Solicitor. In addition, Phil serves as a Board Trustee for Sport Birmingham and a Board Member on the Independent Ethics Board of the World Anti-Doping Agency, both starting in January 2023 and June 2022 respectively. Phil is also a Pro Bono Panel Member at Sport Resolutions UK since August 2017, offering pro-bono advice on anti-doping and athlete contracts. Previously, a secondment at Jaguar Land Rover from June 2015 to January 2016 involved handling litigation and intellectual property matters. Phil holds a Legal Practice Course from Birmingham University of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree with a focus on German law from The University of Sheffield, complemented by studies at the University of Münster.
